Double click on the callout object in Preview window or in Timeline to open a Callout Properties Window.
Font settings At the top of the window you will see the common callout settings control such as Font, size, bold, italic, underline, alignment and color.
Alpha To set the callout transparency. 100% is a completely transparent.
Callout type To choose a different callout shape
Fill color To change the callout fill color. Not all callout have a fill color.
Border color To change the callout border color. Not all callout have a border color.
Content To type in the callout content. #PAGE# = To insert the page number #QUESTION_NUMBER# = To insert the current quiz number. Eg: The first quiz will have QUESTION_NUMBER = 1, the second quiz will be 2, etc.
Apply font settings to other similar objects When checked, clicking OK button will apply the changes to font settings above to all callout objects within the presentation.
Show after The time the object will start showing.
Show type combo To change how the object will show. There are two options:
The object will only show for the duration of x second where you can type in the duration value.
The object will show as long as the slide is running.
When clicked To choose an action to perform when the object is clicked. There are 6 options:
This is useful to make a web link.
To jump to a specific slide.
This will play the currently paused slide.
This will pause the currently playing slide.
This is useful to make an email link which will open an email client when clicked. Zoom In To show the object with a zoom in effect.
Zoom Out To hide the object with a zoom out effect at the end of its duration. Note that to be able to use zoom out you must make sure the object duration is at at least one frame less than the page duration and the object show type is not set to Show Forever.
